According to the resolution Nro. NAC-DGERCGC20-00000035[1] published by the SRI on May 22, 2020, in observance of the constitutional guarantees of due process and the right to defense; and, pursuant to the provisions of the unnumbered article following article 86 of the Tax Code, the suspension of the terms and terms of all tax administrative processes and the statutes of limitation of the collection action, determined in the previous one, are extended Nro. NAC-DGERCGC20-00000034[2] until May 22, 2020, by May 31, 2020.
